Here’s deeper, soul-nourishing Cancer New Moon journal prompts, designed to gently guide reflection and bring softness to your inner dialogue:

What does “home” mean to me now?

This prompt invites you to reimagine home not just as a structure or place, but as a feeling.

  • Is home a person, a memory, or a sense of inner peace?

  • Has your definition of home changed over time?

  • What do you need in your environment physically or emotionally to feel truly safe and rooted?

  • Are there places, relationships, or versions of yourself you’ve outgrown that no longer feel like “home”?

Let this be a space to reclaim your own sense of belonging. No matter where you are, you get to create the feeling of home from within.

Where am I seeking emotional safety or nurturing?

This is an invitation to explore your emotional needs with honesty and tenderness.

  • Are there relationships in your life where you feel unseen, misunderstood, or overextended?

  • What kind of support do you wish others would offer but perhaps you haven’t yet asked for?

  • Are there unspoken needs, inner child wounds, or ancestral patterns influencing how you seek comfort?

  • In what moments do you feel most emotionally held, even if it’s just by yourself or nature?

You’re allowed to need comfort. You’re allowed to receive care. This moon is your permission slip to name what you crave and to start offering it to yourself.

How can I honour my sensitivity as a strength?

Cancer energy reminds us that softness is not weakness it’s sacred.

  • How has your sensitivity served you in life? (Maybe through empathy, intuition, creativity?)

  • When have you been made to feel like your emotions were “too much”? How can you rewrite that story?

  • What boundaries or rituals help you protect your energy while staying connected to your heart?

  • What would change if you saw your sensitivity as a gift instead of something to hide or fix?

Your feelings are messengers. Your tenderness is powerful. Let this New Moon be a moment of reclaiming your emotional wisdom as one of your greatest strengths.

Let’s take a few moments together to drop into stillness, to exhale the noise, and to come back home to your heart. This Cancer New Moon is such a gentle space like being wrapped in the arms of something ancient and wise. Let’s go there together.

Find somewhere cozy. Maybe curl up in a blanket, light a candle, hold a stone that feels like safety. Moonstone or rose quartz would be perfect, but honestly, anything that feels like you is just right.

Now close your eyes.Let your breath slow down. No need to force anything. Just feel your body soften. Breathe in through your nose feel that breath settle right into your chest.Hold it...And now gently let it go through your mouth. Again inhale peace…Exhale anything that’s too heavy to carry right now.

Let your body be held

Let’s melt.Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Let your belly soften. There’s no performance here. Just presence. Just you.

With each breath, imagine a silvery wave of moonlight gliding over your body. It’s soft. Cooling. Comforting. From the crown of your head, down your face, over your shoulders, your heart, your belly… all the way to your toes.

You are safe. You are loved. You belong. You are home.

Step inside your soul sanctuary

Now picture this: You’re walking through the quiet of night, barefoot on earth that feels familiar. The stars shimmer above you, and the Moon is full and glowing watching over you like a mother.

Up ahead, there’s a small cottage bathed in golden light. It’s warm. Inviting. It feels like something out of a dream. And when you step inside… it’s you.Your energy. Your softness. Your stories. Your roots.

There’s a cozy space just waiting for you. An altar of memories and dreams. A corner for rest. A chair by the window. Candles flickering.Take it in. What does your sacred space feel like?

This is your soul’s home.

“With each breath, I come home to my heart.”

Connect with your inner child

Now… there’s someone else here.A younger version of you.Wide-eyed. Sweet. A little unsure. They look at you with so much hope. What do they need to hear from you right now?

Go ahead say it. Whisper it in your heart or out loud.

“You are safe.”“I’m here now.”“You’re allowed to feel all of it.”“You are never too much.”

Wrap them in a warm hug. Let them feel how loved they are.

Plant your intention

Now let’s place a seed in your heart. What do you want to call in?Not what you think you should want but what your soul quietly longs for.

Say it softly:“I intend to…”Let that truth rise and settle. No pressure. Just presence.

"It is safe to begin again, softly.”“My heart knows the way.”“I don’t have to rush this is enough.”

Let your breath anchor it.

Come back slowly

When you feel ready…Breathe deeper.Wiggle your fingers and toes.Let the room slowly come back into view.

But bring a piece of that sanctuary with you.Keep that softness in your body. That rootedness in your heart.

You don’t have to be anywhere else but here. And here? You are whole. You are held. You are home.

Affirmation for the day: “With each breath, I come home to my heart.”

During my long life,  I have come in contact with many different species, races visiting Earth. Personally, I have encountered over 30 different races (and counting!) since actively channeling  and partaking in out-of-body experiences every day. Ive shared a few photographs of beings and specifically the pic of myself taken 19 June 2022 where the being showed herself in detail, she is of the benevolent reptilian race, who occasionally provides information.

Ive added pictures of the top 100 beings that have shown themselves through crystals, the photographs are taken with an Apple iPhone. The collection was taken over many years by Casey Claar, who shares her work on Patreon via The Galactic Travel Channel

The draconian reptile species. They are one of the oldest beings within the known universe. They are purported to be ancient; they have been on earth too brackets known as terror in their world close brackets. Ancient times Show drawings some millions of years ago.

During the recent freedom of information and the release of documents surrounding UAP and UFO encounters with military sectors, the CIA released documents citing the reptilian draconian races. The beings live in the constellation of Draco. The lead planets within the constellation accepted as Alpha Epsilon and Sigma. There are seven different advanced reptilian species in the Draconis constellation star systems, with three main reptoid races (including the Alpha Draconians)

Earth Evidence

There is evidence across Earth, detailed archeological statues. There are three types of statues and pictorials mainly showing the alpha draconians, as they have visited Earth for over 15,000 years. It is probable that the time frame can be longer, based on the archaeological evidence that has recently surfaced in modern day Iraq. There are small statuettes of lizard like “people”,  radiocarbon dating places their origin approximately 50,000 years ago. The evidence is corroborated by the African Dogan tribe and the aboriginal Australians.  My work with the Zulu nation spiritual leader, Credo Vazulu Mutwa also confirms the draco visits to Southern Africa.

I undertook  research and discovered that declassified documents indicate,  that the deceased terrorist leader, Saddam Hussein, had discovered a stargate portal along with partially assembled  advanced alien weaponry.  Each of the weapons were stamped with an image that looked like a  winged serpent, melded into a crest within the symbol,  which formed part of the signature on each weapon

Evidence via Regression and Remote Viewing

Through my channelling sessions and also through over 40 years  of regression sessions,  information shared has highlighted that the reptilian empire  have colonised, at last count, approximately 500 planets. Utilising subversive techniques and mass infiltration, targeting specific young people and children who would once they have grown into adulthood, become prominent members of society, governments or other similar leadership positions, also religious leaders and sex symbols via the culture of arts in the form of famous actors, models or creative arts.
