So… Pluto’s gone retrograde today and I want to talk about what that really means, especially if you’ve been feeling a little on edge lately, or like something under the surface is trying to get your attention.


Pluto is one of those planets that doesn’t make a big noisy entrance. It just quietly shifts, and then suddenly your insides are whispering “Hey, we’re not okay with this anymore.”

And now, as Pluto turns inward in Aquarius, that whisper becomes something you feel in your bones.


Let’s slow it down for a sec…

Pluto is the planet of death and rebirth not in a dramatic Hollywood way, but in the soul-deep, life-changing, “wow I didn’t even realize I was still carrying that” kind of way. And when it goes retrograde? Everything gets more internal.


This is the time when old fears, patterns, and control dynamics start bubbling up. Not to punish you but to show you where you’re ready to rise. You know those parts of yourself that feel like they’re still clinging to outdated versions of who you had to be to survive? That’s what’s coming up for review.


Now, because Pluto’s in Aquarius, this energy has a specific flavour. Think:

  • Your place in the world

  • How you connect with community

  • Your identity online or in group spaces

  • Your relationship with technology or innovation


It's less about romantic relationships or personal drama and more about your role in the collective and whether that role still feels aligned with who you’re becoming.

If you’ve been feeling out of place, unmotivated, or extra tender lately… you’re not broken. You’re becoming.


And some signs are feeling this especially strongly. If you’re an Aquarius, Scorpio, Leo, or Taurus, this might feel like one long, slow exhale into a version of you that doesn’t quite fit anymore. And it’s okay. You’re not meant to hold onto every mask forever.


So how do we move through this with grace?

We stop fighting the feelings.We stop trying to hold it all together.And we start listening really listening to the quiet truths that rise up in stillness.

Let’s talk about a few ways you can work with this energy:

 

Shadow Work (gentle, not scary)

You don’t have to dive into the deep end. Just notice. Where are you holding onto control out of fear? What part of you still believes you have to perform or prove something to be loved?

 

Let go of the “shoulds”

The part of you that feels like you have to have all the answers, always be productive, always be pleasing? She’s tired. Let her rest. You’re allowed to let things fall apart a little to make space for what’s true.


Ground in your body

When Pluto stirs the psyche, the body feels it too. So, breathe. Take salt baths. Walk barefoot on the earth. Drink warm things. Feel what’s real.


Create your own quiet ritual

If it feels right, write a letter to the version of you that’s ready to go. Thank her. Honour her. Then let it burn, bury it, or send it off in water knowing you don’t need to carry her into the next chapter.

 

Let’s take a deep breath together... Because Pluto has stationed retrograde in Aquarius, and honestly? This one’s not here to play.


But before you brace yourself for some cosmic upheaval, let me soften that with a truth: this isn’t destruction it’s sacred transformation.


Pluto is the planet of deep, soul-level alchemy. And when it turns inward, it doesn’t shout. It whispers. It tugs at your edges. It stirs things you thought you buried long ago. It says,“Hey… where have you been giving your power away without even realizing it?”


This retrograde is calling us into stillness not to sit in discomfort for the sake of suffering, but to see what we’ve outgrown, and honour what we’re becoming. And because Pluto’s in Aquarius, the focus is collective and personal.

Where in my life have, I unconsciously given my power away?

This one’s big. Sometimes we hand over pieces of ourselves in subtle, habitual ways through overworking, people-pleasing, or chasing validation on screens. Not because we’re broken, but because we’re human. You’re allowed to call your energy back now.


What outdated version of myself am I still clinging to out of fear or comfort?

It’s okay to grieve the past versions of you the ones who coped, survived, fit in. But what if there’s something truer waiting to rise the moment you let go?


What would it mean to trust the process of my own transformation?

This one makes me emotional. Because trusting change… that’s brave. It means softening into the unknown, even when your knees are shaking. It means becoming your own sanctuary.

 

So how do we work with all this? Gently, always.Light a candle. Breathe deep. Journal without judgment.Create a little altar of change seeds, stones, a feather, a mirror.Let yourself be in process. Let it be messy. Let it be enough.


You’re not alone in this, not ever. We’re in this sacred shedding together. And I know that on the other side of the release, there's radiance.

 

A Guided Meditation for Pluto Retrograde: Sacred Shedding


Before we begin, just take a deep breath with me. Inhale slowly… and let it go.


You’ve arrived. This is your space. Your still point in the swirl of it all. Let the world melt away for a moment you don’t have to hold anything here. This is your soul’s time.


Let your eyes close if it feels good. Let your shoulders soften. Let the Earth cradle you for a while, like she’s been waiting to. And just breathe.


With each breath, feel yourself gently landing here, now, within. No pressure. No fixing. Just presence. Just you.


“I am safe to go within. I am safe to surrender.”


Now, imagine you’re being called inward. There’s a soft glow just ahead… like a cave made of moonlight and memory. It’s not scary it’s sacred. This is Pluto’s cave. The space of transformation. Of remembering.


And as you step inside, something within you exhales.


You notice something waiting there in the shadows… An old identity? A story you’ve carried too long. A role you thought you had to keep playing. You don’t have to fight it. Just witness it. Honour it.


You can even whisper, “Thank you. I don’t need you anymore.”


Let it fall away like autumn leaves. No drama. Just truth.


“I honour what I once needed to survive. I lovingly release what no longer fits.”


Now feel into your heart. There’s light there may be a spark, maybe a sun. It grows with every breath. This is your power returning. Quiet. Steady. Yours.


Can you feel pieces of yourself returning home?


The parts that got left behind in old relationships, old roles, or old versions of you who were just trying to get it right. Gather them in. Let them rest in your light.


“I call my power back from all the places I’ve left it.  I am whole. I am enough. I am home.”


And when you’re ready, come back. Slowly.  Wiggle your fingers. Stretch. Gently open your eyes.


You’re still you. But something’s shifted. Something’s softened. Something sacred has begun to rise.


“I trust the process of my own becoming. The shedding is sacred. I am safe to evolve.”


You don’t have to do anything big today. Just be with what’s here. Trust that your inner landscape is shifting in exactly the way it needs to. Pluto is slow magic it doesn't ask you to rush. Just to release.


This is sacred. You are sacred. And this part of your journey? It's preparing you for your next evolution.


Let it be tender. Let it be true. Let it be enough.

During my long life,  I have come in contact with many different species, races visiting Earth. Personally, I have encountered over 30 different races (and counting!) since actively channeling  and partaking in out-of-body experiences every day. The draconian reptile species. They are one of the oldest beings within the known universe. They are purported to be ancient; they have been on earth too brackets known as terror in their world close brackets. Ancient times Show drawings some millions of years ago.

During the recent freedom of information and the release of documents surrounding UAP and UFO encounters with military sectors, the CIA released documents citing the reptilian draconian races. The beings live in the constellation of Draco. The lead planets within the constellation accepted as Alpha Epsilon and Sigma. There are seven different advanced reptilian species in the Draconis constellation star systems, with three main reptoid races (including the Alpha Draconians)

Earth Evidence

There is evidence across Earth, detailed archeological statues. There are three types of statues and pictorials mainly showing the alpha draconians, as they have visited Earth for over 15,000 years. It is probable that the time frame can be longer, based on the archaeological evidence that has recently surfaced in modern day Iraq. There are small statuettes of lizard like “people”,  radiocarbon dating places their origin approximately 50,000 years ago. The evidence is corroborated by the African Dogan tribe and the aboriginal Australians.  My work with the Zulu nation spiritual leader, Credo Vazulu Mutwa also confirms the draco visits to Southern Africa.

I undertook  research and discovered that declassified documents indicate,  that the deceased terrorist leader, Saddam Hussein, had discovered a stargate portal along with partially assembled  advanced alien weaponry.  Each of the weapons were stamped with an image that looked like a  winged serpent, melded into a crest within the symbol,  which formed part of the signature on each weapon 

 

Evidence via Regression and Remote Viewing

Through my channelling sessions and also through over 40 years  of regression sessions,  information shared has highlighted that the reptilian empire  have colonised, at last count, approximately 500 planets. Utilising subversive techniques and mass infiltration, targeting specific young people and children who would once they have grown into adulthood, become prominent members of society, governments or other similar leadership positions, also religious leaders and sex symbols via the culture of arts in the form of famous actors, models or creative arts.
