Our first session today 8 November at midday was an exciting simple target (1821976) which was of the main Chimney pic nic area of the Great Smoky mountains national park in America.
Participants had really good results picking upthe wide open spaces, th blue colou of the jeans the person sitting down is wearing and also the number 4, which was the location as the park is situation off Highway 441.
A really positive start to trainig senses and understanding how the images, emotions and feelings are received in your mind.
Also it is necessary to choose a secret name for yourself and in the next session, put your secret name at the top right hand side of the paper.
We will be creating an evening session for those that are unable to join during the day, the targets will be different ๐
