They’re honestly such a beautiful way to get clear on what you actually want. Honestly mine have changed over the years from physical to digital and I miss the physical aspect of it in a way (might actually make one again with my daughter as my next mom and daughter evening).

I used to gather pictures, words, and quotes from all over that reflected my goals and dreams for my life. Anything that makes my soul sing or captures the energy I want to invite in. I used to add in all the things that I was grateful for too like pictures of moments with friends or family, small handwritten realisations that I had had about who I was at that moment, little mementos from adventures or experiences that I’d been blessed to do alone or share with others.

The best part about vision boards is that when you see it often, it kind of rewires your focus or atleast it does for my spicy little brain. My brain starts aligning with those images, and without even realising it, I seem to start taking little steps toward making them real. It’s like giving your dreams a home.

I swear there’s something kind of magical about it. It’s not even about doing it “right” it’s more about connecting with what matters to you and letting it live in your space. It can be digital or physical. When I was young, I had it all stuck over my wardrobe doors, now with my digital ones I make into a collage on my phone and put them on a rotation on laptop as my screensaver and saved in my favourites folder in my phone gallery
